Solemn Statement on Guarding Against Forged Admission Notices for International Students of Wuchang University of Technology

近期，我院接到多名外籍申请者反馈，发现有不法分子冒用武昌理工学院名义，伪造、售卖我校来华留学生虚假录取通知书及相关招生材料，通过非正规渠道误导境外申请者，严重扰乱我校来华留学生招生秩序，损害学校声誉及学生合法权益，涉嫌违法。为杜绝虚假招生诈骗、维护各方合法权益，我院特此严正声明如下：

Recently, our school has received feedback from numerous foreign applicants that lawbreakers have forged and sold fake admission notices and relevant enrollment documents for international students of Wuchang University of Technology under the name of our university. Such criminals mislead overseas applicants through unofficial channels, seriously disrupting our international student enrollment order, damaging the university’s reputation and the legitimate rights and interests of students, and involving illegal acts. To put an end to fraudulent enrollment and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of all parties, our school hereby issues this solemn statement as follows:

一、明确官方招生权限

I. Clarify Official Enrollment Authority

我校来华留学生招生、审核、录取及通知书发放工作，仅由国际教育学院全权负责。学校从未授权任何校外机构、中介及个人开展留学生招生、录取代办业务，非我院官方出具的录取材料一律无效，不具备入学效力。

The School of International Education is solely responsible for the recruitment, review, admission and issuance of admission notices for international students coming to China at our university. The university has never authorized any off-campus institutions, intermediaries or individuals to act as agents for international student recruitment and admission. All admission documents not officially issued by our school are invalid and shall not be recognized for enrollment.

二、严正甄别虚假材料

II. Strictly Identify Fake Documents

市面非官方渠道流出的我校留学生录取通知书均为伪造变造材料，其版式与官方标准不符。持虚假材料无法办理签证、学籍注册、入校报到等手续，使用者还将因使用伪造公文证件承担相应法律责任。

All admission notices for our university’s international students circulating through unofficial channels in the market are forged or altered documents inconsistent with the official standard format. Holders of fake documents cannot complete visa application, student status registration, campus enrollment and other procedures, and shall bear corresponding legal liabilities for using forged official documents and certificates.

三、公示官方招生与缴费渠道

III. Disclose Official Enrollment and Payment Channels

我校留学生招生录取全程由国际教育学院官方统筹，无任何第三方代办、保录、加急出证业务。我校绝不委托任何个人或机构代收学费、住宿费等各类费用，所有学费、住宿费必须全额缴纳至学校官方公示对公账户或收款码，任何私人、第三方账户收款均为违规诈骗行为。请广大申请者务必通过学校官方渠道核验信息、办理相关手续。

The entire recruitment and admission process for international students is centrally managed by the official School of International Education. There are no third-party agency services, guaranteed admission or expedited certificate issuance services. The university never entrusts any individual or institution to collect tuition fees, accommodation fees or other charges on its behalf. All tuition and accommodation fees must be paid in full to the official public accounts or payment QR codes published by the university. Any collection of payments via personal or third-party accounts constitutes illegal fraud. All applicants must verify information and complete relevant procedures through official university channels.

四、严厉打击违法侵权行为

IV. Severely Crack Down on Illegal Infringing Acts

针对伪造、售卖虚假录取材料、假借学校名义代收费用等诈骗行为，我院将联合学校法务、保卫部门及公安机关依法追责，严肃追究相关机构及个人的法律责任，坚决杜绝各类虚假招生、收费诈骗乱象。

In response to fraudulent acts including forging and selling fake admission documents and collecting fees under the name of the university, our school will cooperate with the university’s legal affairs department, security department and public security organs to pursue legal liabilities in accordance with the law, hold relevant institutions and individuals accountable, and resolutely eliminate all types of fraudulent enrollment and payment scams.

我校郑重提醒广大申请者增强防范意识，仔细甄别招生及收费信息真伪，切勿轻信第三方中介虚假宣传、私下转账缴费。凡因轻信非官方渠道信息、私下缴费、使用虚假材料造成的一切损失及后果，由当事人自行承担，我校概不负责。如发现相关诈骗线索，可向我院举报反馈。

The university solemnly reminds all applicants to raise awareness of risk prevention, carefully verify the authenticity of enrollment and payment information, and never trust false promotions from third-party intermediaries or make private transfers. All losses and consequences arising from trusting unofficial channel information, making private payments or using fake documents shall be borne solely by the parties concerned, and the university shall not be held liable. If any clues of fraud are found, please report them to our school.
